Our partners should protect their employees from all forms of discrimination, and ensure that their decisions are governed by objective and merit-based criteria.

Child and forced labour

Our partners must ban child labour, respecting the age limits depending on the law of the country in which they operate, but also forced labour.

Harassment

Our associates should treat their employees with respect for human dignity, with ethics and equality.

Safe Working Conditions

Our partners should ensure a healthy, protective and safe work environment for their employees, maintain a system for recording accidents and work-related illnesses, consistent with applicable law.

Our Partners must have and demonstrate the permits required by law, good environmental practices, approvals, certifications and follow the guidelines of the specific permits.

We expect our partners to take the necessary steps to make the best use of raw materials and the necessary actions for waste management and pollutants.
